There is a discount for advance online registration (see below).  Registration is non-transferable.  Please note: submitting an abstract does not register the submitter for the meeting.  Everyone, including speakers, must register for the meeting.

Registration Fees
The registration fee includes entrance to scientific sessions and exhibits, your badge, and a copy of the Program.  Registration fees do not include membership dues nor abstract submission fees.

U.S. Registrants
If you register prior to March 14, you will receive your badge and Program in April.  If you register online after March 14 but prior to April 30, you will only receive your badge in the mail; you may pick up your Program at the meeting.  If you register online after April 30, pick up your badge and Program at the meeting. 

International Registrants
International participants may pick up their badge and Program at the meeting; they will not be mailed in advance.

On-Site Registrants
On-site registration and badge/Program pickup will be open in the Hall A/B registration area in the Miami Beach Convention Center beginning May 18 continuing through Tuesday, May 22, 2007. 

Graduate Student Registration (including all AAI student members in good standing)
Student eligibility must be certified by a department head or research advisor.  If registering online, enter the name and email address of your department head or research adviser.  If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head or research adviser.  “Student” will be indicated on your badge.  Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate. 

Undergraduate Students, High School Students, and High School Teachers
Registration will not be accepted in advance.  Participants must register onsite in Miami Beach.  In order to receive a complimentary registration onsite, please bring a student/teacher ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisor, principal, or teacher. 

Press Registration
Registration will not be accepted in advance.  Press badges will be issued only to members of the working press and freelance writers bearing a letter of assignment from an editor.  Representatives from allied fields (public relations, public information, public affairs etc.) may register in the Registration Area as nonmembers.

Refunds
Requests for refunds must be received by April 17, 2007, and are subject to a $35 processing fee.  Send a letter of request, along with badge and meeting registration receipt, to:
